FlexGP Vacancy in Northampton – 12-Month Contract
GP-Connect is recruiting a GP for a 12-month FlexGP opportunity with an established practice in Northampton.
The FlexGP model combines the continuity of a long-term position with the flexibility of locum work. For the initial 12 months, you will be paid by GP-Connect at a competitive daily rate dependent on your experience.

Notice period: Four weeks
Sessions: 6-8 sessions per week
Start date: Flexible
At the end of the 12-month placement, you will have the option to transition into a salaried GP role directly with the practice.
There is no obligation to accept the salaried position. However, applicants must be open to considering a permanent role, as the practice is using FlexGP to recruit for an existing salaried vacancy.
This position would suit a GP who wants regular sessions and long-term continuity without immediately committing to a standard salaried contract.
