EvoGP

The Evolution of GP Employment

The EvoGP model is the evolution of our original ARRS GP service and developed in response to the real-world feedback of over 160 PCNs we’ve worked with since October 2024. Evo GP is designed to make ARRS GP staffing easier, safer and more sustainable — without the long-term commitment or employment burdens that may have been a concern previously

EvoGP Model vs ARRS

Salaried GP

Same GPs, Same Sessional Rates, Less Liability

When it comes to ARRS GPs, not all models created are equal.

Many PCNs have opted for salaried contracts assuming that’s the best way to deliver continuity and make use of ARRS funding. But with that decision comes significant hidden risk – long term liabilities, ridid employment structures and administrative burden that drains recources.

Here’s how the two models compare.
